Bodyweight training, done progressively and outside, builds a body that works in real life, because it was never separated from real life in the first place. Why I See This Differently

I Had to Read Bodies Before I Could Coach One.

I was born deaf. On the handball court, I could not wait to hear a call, I had to read the whole field a half-second before it happened, off the body language of nine other players. I did that for 7 years on the national team and came home with 2 Deaflympics medals.

That is the same skill I now use to coach. I watch how you actually move, where you compensate, what your week really looks like, and I design around the constraints you have, not the ones a template wishes you had.
